The Swap Shop with Thanet's Families in Need Community Support Service and Food Bank,

Swap shops are fun community events for the public to bring along household items that they no longer need and take home something that catches their eye for free.
Swap shops demonstrate that one person’s junk is another person’s treasure, promoting re-use of resources among the community.
During the times of the swap shop people should be able to bring along unwanted items and then take something away or just come along for a browse and look for a bargain or a donation!!!This is based on first come first served but there will be a restriction on how many items a person/family can take to make it as fair as possible.
What can I swap?Any duplicate items or unwanted items that are in good condition. Household goods such as small furniture, toys, clean clothes, brick-a-brac, sports equipment, books, tools, bicycles and musical instruments, clothing children and baby items...
A will be available for larger items.ccccc
